We're fast approaching the fall color season! The Breckenridge fall color usually peaks around September 20th to 25th (varies yearly) (This year, we seem to be a little ahead of schedule -- the peak for Breck may be the 20th) More photos

Gondola Under Construction

The Breckenridge gondola is a reality! Under discussion for 20 years, it's finally under construction.	As of 9/12/06, construction is 1/2 complete. Note the tower, just to the right of the Shock Hill bridge

Reba and Boomer supervise one of the 28 towers. There will be 121 cabins, with a capacity of 2,800 people per hour.	The midstation is under way. Riders can get on and off here, heading to Peak 7 & 8 or back to downtown Breckenridge
The present schedule calls for completion by Christmas 2006!!! There will be some fantastic new condo and townhome developments at the midstation and the base of Peak 7 & 8, all served by the gondola. Call us for details!

Red Hot Market!

*It's still* a Red Hot Market! Despite national trends, the Breckenridge real estate market is doing great! On the left hand chart, notice that the number of condos under contract (in escrow) has continue to climb steadily since 1/1/06 - now there are as many condos under contract (115), as there are active condo listings for sale! On the right hand chart, you can see the steady downward trend of supply. We've got a 6-month supply of vacant land (down from a high of a 35 months), 8 months of homes, and just 3 months of condos!
