The Lighting of Breckenridge
One of my favorite Breckenridge events is the annual Lighting of Breckenridge, in early December. It's an old-fashioned holiday celebration complete with:

A parade down Main Street, with Santa & Mrs. Claus in a horse-drawn sleigh

Steaming cups of hot cocoa

The lighting of the Town Tree

A visit from Santa's live reindeer

Concert by the Summit Choral Society
