This Canadian entry from Ontario won 1st place. Four penguins in
close formation, all appear identical, but one of them is wearing
a plaid coat! "It's not who you are, it's what you
wear" was the winning (and whimsical) entry.
Odd and imaginative sculptures intrigued viewers.
In addition to all the snow sculpting, some ice
sculptors were at work as well! These pieces were on display in
the Riverwalk Performing Center.
