Views From the Top -- the Last Three Photos!


Looking north, you can see Lake Dillon off in the distance.


Bear did great. The strong winds made his ears stand at attention! It was pretty chilly up there -- you definitely need a warm winter coat, hat, and gloves if you hike it in October, like I did.

My favorite photo of the trip! Looking northwest over McCullough Gulch. That frozen pond in the center is at around 12,700 feet -- more than 1500 feet below me!
